2nd International Conference on Distributed Systems, Computer Networks and Cybersecurity – (ICDSCNC 2026)) aims at bringing together researchers, scientists, engineers, research scholars and industrial participants around the world to a common platform to share their experiences, new ideas, and research findings on all aspects of Computer Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The researchers will present the state of the art of expansion and technical explanation covering a wide range of engineering subjects. This conference offers an international forum for sharing ideas, discussing the findings of research and introducing theoretical and practical applications in these fields. The current focus of global science, Electronics & Communication Engineering trends, interdisciplinary research and engineering activities are expressed in this conference.

Plagiarism Policy

All submitted papers must be original and not previously published. The conference adheres to a strict plagiarism policy, and any form of plagiarism will result in immediate rejection of the submission. The conference team will be checking the plagiarism level of all the submitted papers for ensuring the originality of content using iThenticate with an acceptable limit of 30% including References.


Review Policy

All submissions will undergo a rigorous single-blind peer review process to ensure scholarly excellence. Reviewers will evaluate the submissions based on relevance, originality, methodology, and overall contribution to the field.



Important: Author Submission Policy

1. It is mandatory that only the corresponding author or a co-author submits the paper using the same email address listed in the manuscript.

2. Submissions by third parties or using alternate email addresses are strictly prohibited.

3. All author details must be clearly included in both the paper and the CMT system.

4. The list of authors must remain the same throughout the entire process.

5. No alteration of authorship is allowed at any stage.
