Standardization Activities on AI Powered IoT for Urban Intelligence in ITU-T
Prof. Gyu Myoung Lee is a Professor at Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom. He previously served as an Adjunct Professor at KAIST, Republic of Korea, and has held research positions at Institut Mines-Telecom, ETRI, KAIST, and NIST, USA. His research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Twin, Blockchain, AI Governance, Computational Trust, Smart Cities, Smart Grids, Big Data Analytics, and Multimedia Networking.
He has actively contributed to international standardization activities, particularly within ITU-T, IETF, and oneM2M. He currently serves as Rapporteur of ITU-T Q16/13 on Trustworthy Networking and Services and Q4/20 on Data Analytics, Sharing, Processing and Management. He has contributed more than 500 standardization proposals and published over 200 research papers in leading journals and conferences.

Dr. Pavan Iddalagi is an experienced networking software engineer with over 17 years of experience in computer networking, system software, protocol development, debugging, and SD-WAN research. He is currently working as a Senior Systems Engineer at HPE, Bengaluru, where he works on HPE NonStop's TCP/IP stack, resolves complex customer networking issues, and contributes to system design improvements.
His technical expertise includes Control Plane and Data Plane technologies, SD-WAN, TCP/IP, UDP, NTP, DHCP, Linux, C programming, Python, Shell scripting, virtualization, and network debugging. He is also interested in applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to address critical networking challenges through data-driven insights and automation.
Dr. Iddalagi holds a PhD from IIIT Bangalore with research in SD-WAN, an M.Tech from REVA University, Bengaluru, and a B.E. from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). He has previously worked with organizations including Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Aruba Networks, CEM Solutions, Wipro Technologies, and Nihon Communication Solutions. He is also actively involved in mentoring engineers, conducting technical sessions, and delivering technology demonstrations and workshops.

Artificial Intelligence in Computer Networks
Dr. Fernando Moreira is a Full Professor at Universidade Portucalense (UPT), Porto, Portugal. He established the Science and Technology Department and served as its head from 2018 to 2022. He received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 1992, Master's degree in Electronic Engineering in 1997, and PhD in Electronic Engineering in 2003 from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Porto. He also obtained his Habilitation in 2018.
Dr. Moreira has been a member of the university since 1992 and has extensive teaching and academic supervision experience at undergraduate, postgraduate, Master's, and PhD levels. He has published more than 335 peer-reviewed, Scopus-indexed scientific papers in national and international journals and conferences. He has also served on editorial boards, organized special issues for leading journals, and participated as Conference Chair, Workshop Chair, Keynote Speaker, and member of scientific and programme committees at international conferences.
His research interests include Mobile Computing, Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education, Machine Learning, and Digital Transformation. He is a member of NSTICC, ACM, and IEEE and received the prestigious Atlas Elsevier Award in 2019 for his contributions.

Mr. Adarsh Ravi received his degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology and Stanford University. He is currently a Senior Staff CPU Performance Engineer with Qualcomm Technologies Inc., Santa Clara, CA, USA. Previously, he held architecture roles at Apple and Nuvia.
His research interests include high-performance CPU microarchitecture, Performance-Power-Area (PPA) modeling, and metaheuristic optimization algorithms. He holds multiple granted patents in dynamic frequency scaling and silicon reliability and has authored research publications that have received more than 900 citations.
